Our friends at StrategiQ Marketing called upon us to design, supply and fit their new flooring when moving into their current office at Brightwell Barns on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Stylish Yet Practical
As one of the region’s fastest-growing creative agencies, it was important that the carpets and flooring wouldn’t look out of place in such a stylish and funky office environment, but it also needed to be practical and durable.
After discussing the client’s specific requirements, we decided upon a high-quality Kingsmead carpet for the corner office and meeting rooms and a walnut-effect wood laminate for the reception area, second office and main room.
The office has a very contemporary look and the colour scheme is tied closely to StrategiQ’s branding, so we had to make sure the flooring solutions we recommended would match and complement the overall design.
The Outside In
The real showstopper is the high pile artificial grass in the staff room. A bold choice, but it’s given the room a unique character all of its own. It might not be the first material you’d think of for your kitchen, but Oryzon grass uses Xtinguish Technology to prevent burning and reduce smoke emissions, so maximum safety is guaranteed.
Artificial grass is also very low maintenance and an eco-friendly alternative to real grass for outdoor applications.
