a 2-minute read

There are various specialised flooring materials and styles to choose from, so when armed with the right questions and a consultant that knows what they’re doing, you know you’ll end up with the right choice for your commercial space.

So what’s out there?

There is an array of synthetic carpeting, tiling and resin floor ranges which are smart in appearance as well as resilient. Residential flooring is usual selected for style and comfort but not usually recommended for the work place.

With years of experience, our consultation services will ensure your selecting the right choice for the right space before the supply and fit begins.

It’s important to consider; foot fall, property location (is the surrounding area muddy?), surface area, budget, noise reduction.

Tiles/Modern Vinyl/Resin

Modern vinyl flooring is hardy and hygienic in design. There is a large choice of style and colours to choose from in both classic, abstract and natural.

Floor screeds introduce extra strength and support to ensure your laminate flooring remains strong and hard-wearing for years to come.

Resin flooring makes for a popular flooring alternative usually seen in sports halls etc…

Loop carpet is so named due to the way it loops through the back of the material. It is the most common of commercial carpet types and though not the most luxurious in texture, its reliance is a solid feature which makes it a great option for commercial workspace flooring for tighter budgets.

Cut pile carpet is the more luxurious of the commercial carpets around. A compact, lavish option for the larger of interior budgets, it’s seen more in boarders because of the range of intricate pattern options available.

Carpet tile is the more expensive option here but it’s a great choice due to the ease of replacing a simple tile instead of a whole carpet. The rubber backing also makes it a very durable option.
